Basic Services

• Care and supervision

• Food Services to include: 3 nutritious meals daily and snacks, special diets if prescribed by a doctor

• Individualized activity and enrichment program

• Medication management

• Laundering of personal clothing and bedding

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living as follows: Dressing, Eating, Toileting, Bathing, Grooming, Mobility tasks and Other personal needs as required

• Incontinence Products

• Transportation Escort or Companion only (Driving to and from appointments is unavailable)

Staff
Each member of our staff has been fingerprinted, undergone a criminal background check and cleared by the FBI and Department of Justice. Additionally, they are required to maintain current First Aid and CPR certificates, as well as meet the Care Staff training requirements set forth by the Department of Social Services. They are also routinely drilled and tested on Emergency and Disaster procedures. Above all else, each member of our staff was carefully chosen because they share our passion and heart of service for our elderly community. Their love, patience and compassion is undeniable. From the meals they prepare to their daily interactions with each resident, each member of our team embodies our mission here at Golden Horizon Homes.
